Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate accounting or finance degree required.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to motivate and develop direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K with tight deadlines.
• Oversee annual preparation and audit of Form 11-K and US Pension Plan statements.
• Benchmark reporting quality and developments; ensure transparent GAAP reporting.
• Support Investor Relations with earnings materials and related data.
• Supervise Lease COE in Cebu and provide guidance to the team.
• Maintain accounting policy manuals and update policies as needed.
• Interact with external auditors and drive process improvements.
