• Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training, including management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the preparation of financial statements and related schedules/exhibits for internal management and regulatory agencies.
• Oversees compliance with statutory accounting principles and GAAP, regulatory and external filing requirements.
• Researches and implements changes in accounting rules, regulatory filing requirements, organization and company operations.
• Manages disaster recovery plans and maintains contact information for employees in applicable areas.
