Americold Logistics, LLC. seeks a qualified financial reporting professional in Atlanta, GA to prepare monthly and external financial statements, footnote disclosures, and share-based compensation reports.

You will support earnings releases and MD&A, ensure GAAP and SEC compliance, and liaise with auditors and investor relations as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, at least 2 years of financial reporting experience, and a CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum 2 years of financial reporting experience.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• SOX compliance experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly reporting packages with financial statements and analysis.
• Prepare external financial statements including balance sheet and income statement.
• Prepare footnote disclosures and GAAP checklists.
• Maintain share-based compensation reports and related disclosures.
• Compute quarterly earnings per share and support goodwill impairment testing.
• Assist with MD&A and non-GAAP disclosures and liaise with investor relations.
• Support auditors and SOX controls documentation.
