Job summary

The role involves preparing executive presentations, collaborating with IT on data accuracy, and supporting integration of new locations. Travel up to 12% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of financial analyst experience.
• Experience preparing financial documents and executive presentations.
• Experience contributing to process improvements and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forecasting and annual operating budget preparation for facilities within the region.
• Support the month-end close process by providing variance explanations and analyses.
• Contribute to the integration of newly acquired locations through training and process alignment.
• Analyze financial and non-financial data to identify forecast opportunities and ROI.
• Prepare management reports and presentations with key themes for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data accuracy for reporting and resolve anomalies.
• Partner with Corporate Finance on value-add projects and business cases.
