Empower Retirement seeks a Financial Reporting Senior Analyst to join our Denver or Boston teams. You will analyze financial results, prepare statements, and support regulatory filings under US GAAP, IFRS, and statutory principles.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve processes with analytics and automation, and help ensure accurate disclosures across entities. A CPA or progress toward CPA is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; familiarity with IFRS and Statutory Accounting Principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large financial data sets.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to research accounting and regulatory guidance and handle non-routine matters.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances; communicate findings clearly.
• Prepare annual and interim financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, variance analyses, and analyses for audits.
• Identify and investigate reporting issues; escalate as appropriate.
• Prepare information under US GAAP, IFRS, and Statutory Accounting Principles.
• Support regulatory filings and related information requests.
• Assist external audits and SOX control activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
