You'll partner across the Finance organization to support SEC reporting requirements, drive modernization of the reporting environment, and improve existing processes to make them more efficient and reliable.**What You'll Do:*** Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K), performing detailed reviews of disclosures to ensure conformance with established rules and regulations* Support Investor Relations processes and documents, including earnings press releases* Partner with account owners and cross-functional teams to enhance the accuracy of financial and non-financial information* Utilize and optimize reporting tools including Workiva and Oracle to support and improve reporting processes* Research technical accounting matters as needed and arrive at appropriate conclusions given the facts and circumstances* Draft and assist in the development of accounting policies and documentation of significant accounting transactions* Fulfill external audit requests accurately and on time* Serve as a proactive business partner to other departments by providing accurate and consistent reporting* Execute non-recurring finance projects as needed**Where You'll Work:**This role is hybrid out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, about 2x a week.
