Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the corporate finance team in Hartford, CT. This newly created role supports the CFO and Corporate Controller with critical financial insights to guide strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will prepare detailed reports, conduct variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and develop complex financial models to drive performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience with financial modeling.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Directly support CFO and Corporate Controller with key financial information for strategic decisions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Create and maintain complex financial models.
• Create, monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas of improvement.
