Trilogy Health Services, a senior living provider, seeks a Staff Accountant for its Campus Accounting team. You will maintain, analyze, and verify financial records, prepare reports, and ensure GAAP compliance within a SOX-controlled environment.

The role collaborates with campus and home office leadership to communicate monthly results, supports audit schedules, and participates in process improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience required; CPA or MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and posts journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Analyzes and reconciles general ledger accounts monthly.
• Reviews financial statements for proper accounting treatment and provides commentary on trends versus budget.
• Engages with campus and home office leadership on monthly results and inquiries.
• Generates ad-hoc reporting and assists management with interpretation of reports.
• Partners with campus and home office staff on accounting issues.
• Participates in process efficiency projects and special tasks as needed.
• Prepares audit schedules and other reports for auditors.
• Other duties as assigned.
