Job summary

GardenCore, a leading U.S. lawn and garden products manufacturer, seeks a Financial Reporting & Accounting Manager based in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will lead US GAAP financial statements, lender reporting, and core accounting activities, including the monthly close, reconciliations, and policy improvements.

This hands-on leadership role requires CPA, 7+ years of experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate audits and interdepartmental collaboration. Hybrid travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Active CPA required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual US GAAP financial statements, including cash flows and footnotes.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for management and lenders.
• Own lender reporting, covenant calculations, and supporting schedules.
• Support external audits, including PBC schedules and audit coordination.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.
