Job summary

People Technology And Processes seeks an Executive Portfolio Support, Principal Analyst to provide principal-level financial and strategic analysis and executive portfolio support to RTI senior leadership at Fort Belvoir, VA. A SECRET clearance is required to contribute to Army modernization priorities.

The role involves aligning RTI technologies with Army modernization priorities, budget exhibits, and POM/BES cycles, plus preparing executive PowerPoint charts and cross-org coordination.

Qualifications

Master's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
At least 10 years of professional experience in financial management.
Active Secret clearance required.
Experience supporting defense research or acquisition organizations.
Expertise aligning technology portfolios to modernization strategy and the POM/BES cycle.

Responsibilities

Support alignment of RTI technologies to Army Modernization Strategy and portfolio requirements.
Support strategic, financial, and business planning across research and development.
Assist in preparing budget exhibits and funding justifications for POM/BES cycles.
Develop executive-level PowerPoint charts and information papers; coordinate with divisions.
