Privately Held Healthcare Organization

Addison Group is excited to partner with a fast-growing, privately held healthcare organization that’s looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering strong visibility, strategic influence, and significant long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to deliver financial insights that guide strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support business goals
• Perform detailed financial modeling, analysis, and performance monitoring
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Finance, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using platforms such as NetSuite, Power BI, and Jira

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years in FP&A, budgeting, or financial modeling (Healthcare background is a plus)
• NetSuite experience is required
• CPA, CFA, or similar financial certification is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience analyzing and managing large data sets
