Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide concierge-level service to maintain and enhance exceptional client retention
• Learn the dental industry business model from team members to excel in this role
• Meet regularly with clients in-person, by phone, and via email to review financial plans and ongoing projects
• Build and deepen client relationships through consistent communication and support
• Review and design tailored financial, business, and investment plans specific to dental professionals
• Coordinate with external firms on client behalf to implement financial strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial advisory, with at least 4 years managing client meetings and communications
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business; MBA a strong plus
• Series 65 or 66 license required or willingness to obtain within first 60 days
• Professional appearance and polished presentation skills essential
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Experience with financial planning software required
• Familiarity with Mac systems preferred
• Dental industry experience a plus
• Authorization to undergo background and credit checks
