Job summary

Tecolote Research seeks an experienced Business Operations SME in Chantilly, VA to manage budgets, funding allocations, and MIPRs. You will design executive-level financial reporting using CCaR and other tools, assess program performance, and lead PMRs and briefings to ensure audit-ready compliance.

Required is a Master’s degree with 15+ years in DoD financial management or related fields, plus expert CCaR proficiency and strong MS Office capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience supporting DoD financial management, acquisition programs, or budget execution.
• Expert proficiency with CCaR, financial tracking systems, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct the tracking and execution of budgets, funding allocations, and MIPRs.
• Utilize CCaR and advanced financial tools to design reporting products and executive business metrics.
• Analyze program financial performance to mitigate complex execution risks or shortfalls.
• Lead PMRs, All Calls, prepare executive briefings, and ensure audit-ready financial compliance.
