• 5+ years of experience in financial services or RIA operations.

Responsibilities

• Custodial platform management (Schwab Advisor Center).
• Compliance coordination with external consultants.
• Client service operations including onboarding and account maintenance.
• Technology stack administration (CRM, portfolio management system, document management).
• Process documentation and SOP creation.
• Internal workflow and project tracking across Cross Financial and Current (formerly Crete Professionals Alliance) partner firms.
