Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors and reviews obligations, expenditures, reimbursable orders, requests for allotments and other requests via financial records analysis.
• Performs complex analytical work in budgeting, including formulation, justification, presentation and execution of operating budgets for TEC.
• Serves as senior advisor on financial management and budget execution for TEC division programs.
• Liaises with Headquarters, DHS and external agencies to identify and correct billing discrepancies.
