• Prepares, monitors, and manages budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; identifies trends, variances, and potential issues.
• Coordinates and collaborates with program managers, budget officers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Utilizes financial management systems and tools to track, reconcile, and report on financial activities.
• Prepares briefing materials, presentations, and written reports for senior leadership and external oversight entities.
