Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a finance-focused program leader to manage EVM activities, budgets and cost performance across multiple delivery orders. The role emphasizes accurate reporting, variance analysis, and collaboration with program managers and engineering leads.

The successful candidate will develop BOE models, track cost vs funding on IDIQ/CPIF contracts, and provide insights through dashboards for informed resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in Program Finance Roles with understanding of financial concepts including cost accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel/PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion, Cobra, GenBOE. Communication: ability to communicate effectively across various functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Earned Value Management (EVM) activities for multiple delivery orders with data integrity and timely reporting.
• Perform variance analysis to drive program decisions and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain cost baselines, BOE models, and track cost vs funding on IDIQ/CPIF contracts.
• Provide actionable financial insights to program leadership through dashboards and trend analysis.
