Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience focused on banks, credit unions, or financial institutions.
• Experience with a credit rating agency, bank regulatory agency, or financial institution credit risk team.
• Strong understanding of financial institution accounting, regulatory requirements, capital, liquidity, and credit risk.
• Excellent analytical, Excel, report-writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the financial condition of banks, credit unions, and prospective member institutions.
• Prepare comprehensive credit reviews and present recommendations to Credit Committee.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and key financial risk indicators.
• Participate in due diligence discussions with senior leadership at financial institutions.
• Evaluate financial data, credit models, and industry benchmarks.
• Prepare credit reports and support broader sector risk reviews.
