The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston seeks a Senior Member Credit Analyst to monitor and assess financial conditions of member institutions, review credit requests, and support credit reporting. The role follows a hybrid schedule with more in-office time during onboarding.

Responsible for producing routine or ad-hoc credit reports, supporting sector reviews, and presenting recommendations to the Credit Committee. Strong analytical, regulatory, and Excel skills required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in finance, accounting or economics or directly related equivalent work experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the financial condition of member institutions and prospect members by preparing comprehensive credit reviews.
• Monitor member and market trends and communicate key themes to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in or lead due diligence calls with senior management of member institutions.
• Present credit recommendations to the Bank’s Credit Committee.
• Review and approve credit requests, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s guidelines.
• Run member and industry financial data through the Bank’s credit models; perform back‑testing and benchmarking.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly Credit Committee meeting package, including reports on membership financial condition.
• Stay informed of regulatory and reporting changes issued by member regulators.
