Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Financial Investigator to join our team providing legal support and investigative services to a large federal agency. You will work within the Financial Investigation department to plan and conduct complex investigations, analyze data, and develop evidence for successful litigation.

The role requires strong investigative skills, knowledge of federal law, and the ability to produce timely reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years experience in planning and conducting civil or criminal complex investigations
• Knowledge of investigative techniques and databases
• Ability to obtain necessary background investigations and security clearances

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts investigations
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of relevant facts
• Prepares results to support prosecutorial objectives
• Gathers and analyzes facts from statements, timelines, and data
