• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of accounting or benefits experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare reports.
• Familiarity with accounting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assist in financial analyses, including cash flow and program costs.
• Prepare financial reports, letters, and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Maintain records and reconcile billings, expenditures, and revenues for benefit programs.
• Review journal entries and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting to oversight agencies and coordinate with other departments.
