Job summary

Xerxes Global seeks an Associate for the Blue Ops team to focus on financial due diligence, quality of earnings, and M&A advisory. The role emphasizes financial modeling, data analysis, and client engagement in a dynamic private equity environment.

The candidate will support engagements from start to finish, manage deadlines, and deliver detailed analyses and reports, while collaborating with technology teams to optimize client solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• FDD experience at a top firm (tech industry a plus).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related major.
• CPA or in process of licensure; CFA preferred but not required.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional environments.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Alteryx, MS Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial due diligence and related engagements from inception to completion.
• Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines for client work.
• Ensure engagement objectives are met, deliverables produced, and deadlines achieved.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and address issues.
• Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights for clients.
• Generate comprehensive due diligence reports with findings and recommendations.
• Deliver presentations to clients regarding performance and recommendations.
• Assist with growth of the financial due diligence practice and training.
