Silverthorne Advisory Group seeks a Senior Financial Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for DoW financial management. The role involves integrating diverse datasets, ensuring data quality, and enabling actionable financial insights within secure environments.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in financial data engineering, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with WDP/Advana, Foundry, or Databricks.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of directly related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience evaluating, transforming, and validating diverse datasets for financial reconciliation, reporting, or analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with DoW financial data, financial management systems, or related DoW business processes.
• Experience with WDP/Advana, Foundry, and/or Databricks in a data engineering or analytics capacity.
• Experience managing the data acquisition lifecycle and sourcing data for datasets.
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with developing data governance and security controls.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and backend data solutions supporting DoW financial management and reconciliation activities.
• Evaluate, analyze, and structure diverse financial datasets to support accurate reconciliation.
• Interpret and synthesize data from multiple DoW systems and sources.
• Work with enterprise data platforms to develop and support financial data solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to define and implement technical and business requirements.
• Engineer backend data solutions and manipulate large datasets using Python, SQL, and related technologies.
• Automate data processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Apply data governance principles and ensure security controls throughout the data lifecycle.
