Kodiak Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to lead engagements and support growth of Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare. You will develop financial models, dashboards, and forecasts to guide strategic decisions and enhance revenue-cycle workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in financial data analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with accounting and reconciliation concepts. Travel up to 20% and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis, including 2-3 years of accounting experience with familiarity in general accounting, treasury, and reconciliation reporting concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including large data sets, advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH).
• Experience providing customers with project updates, including managing open items and addressing barriers.
• Ability to apply services to dynamic situations with strong attention to detail and time-management in a team environment.
• Travel required up to 20%.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
