Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Development will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Kodiak Gas Services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate Development team, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop detailed financial models to assess the financial feasibility and impact of potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
