Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, and strategy. You will build the financial backbone for a fast-growing startup and work across the organization to drive planning and performance.

You will develop detailed financial models, provide actionable insights, and partner with teams on strategic initiatives, capital planning, and reporting for public-company style processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate FP&A and finance—ideally with at least 3 years at a publicly traded, fast-paced tech company.
• Advanced financial and business modeling.
• Skilled at analyzing complex topics, visualizing data, and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in FP&A processes, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning.
• Partner with functions to provide financial perspectives on commercial opportunities and investments.
• Create detailed financial models of revenue, expenses, cash flows, and capital structure.
