Monzo Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Financial Crime Analyst to join the Actions Squad. You will be a subject matter expert across key financial crime controls, taking ownership of complex problems and helping us improve controls across MBL and MBEU.

You will work closely with Financial Crime, Operations, Product and Engineering, using data to identify risks, strengthen controls and shape longer-term improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Strong expertise in financial crime and regulatory compliance.
• Experience using data to monitor control performance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence across teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the global risk controls for Exit & Defunds, Law Enforcement and Acceptable Use Standard across MBL/MBEU.
• Develop and improve control documentation and standards balancing risk, efficiency and customer experience.
• Identify and prioritize material risks and escalate with evidence-based recommendations.
• Investigate and remediate incidents within control areas and coordinate with other Control Owners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Operations and Engineering to ensure compliant, customer-focused solutions.
