The ideal candidate has a CPA, 10+ years in finance leadership, and strong GAAP expertise, with experience in senior living or multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA designation is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting or finance leadership experience.
• Experience in senior living or multi-site operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with payroll systems, accounting software, and financial management systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the organization and communities.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Supervise onsite accounting and finance team members.
• Provide financial analysis and KPI reporting to leadership.
