Allworth Financial is seeking a Financial Controller for a full-time, exempt hybrid role based in Addison, TX. You will lead the accounting function, oversee monthly and annual closes, and ensure GAAP compliance across reporting, payroll, and controls.

Responsibilities include guiding the accounting team through M&A integration, safeguarding assets, and maintaining broker-dealer accounting accuracy. CPA licensure and 8+ years of managerial accounting experience are required.

Formación

• CPA certification or licensure.
• 8+ years of managerial accounting experience.
• Experience in wealth/asset management, insurance, real estate investments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting functions and manage a team of 9 associates.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead due diligence and integration of acquired businesses from an accounting perspective.
• Assist payroll and benefits processes.
• Oversee financial systems, processes, and controls to protect assets.
• Ensure broker-dealer related accounting is accurate.
