Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst II to oversee standard controllership across the US inbound operations network, spanning over 100 sites. You will work with senior leaders to shape financial processes, drive cost efficiencies, and influence decision-making at scale.

In this role you will lead monthly financial reviews, drive process improvements, coordinate audits, and develop insights from large data sets to enable data-driven decisions, while partnering with the broader

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
3+ years in finance, tax or related analytics.
Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos).
Experience with Oracle, SAP, Lawson, or JD Edwards.
CMA or CPA certification.
Knowledge of COSO internal control framework.

Responsibilities

Lead standard controllership processes for the entire inbound operations network across 100+ sites.
Coordinate monthly finance review processes for all network levels during month-end closing and prepare executive-level documentation.
Drive continuous process improvements by establishing standard work and regular audits.
Research technical, operational, and financial details to identify cost savings opportunities across the network.
Process and analyze large datasets to create clear reporting and narratives supporting data-driven decisions.
