Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Financial Analyst II to oversee standard controllership for our US inbound operations network, spanning 100+ sites. You will lead monthly financial reviews, drive process improvements, and coordinate audits to ensure strong financial controls across the network.

You will work with senior leaders and finance partners, leveraging data mining tools to identify savings opportunities and champion cost-to-serve improvements across the nationwide fulfillment network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance or accounting-related field.
• 3+ years of finance, tax or related analytical experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead standard controllership processes and financial review cycles for the inbound operations network across 100+ sites.
• Coordinate monthly finance review processes for all network levels during month-end closing and prepare executive-level documentation for senior leaders.
• Drive process improvements by establishing standard work and auditing reporting accuracy across the network.
• Research financial, operational and technical details to identify cost savings opportunities and drive cross-site initiatives.
• Process and analyze large datasets to create reporting narratives that influence data-driven decisions and maintain knowledge-sharing tools.
