Allworth Financial, a leading wealth management firm, seeks a Senior Controller to lead the accounting function from our Addison, TX area office. You will manage a team of nine, oversee monthly closes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while supporting growth through mergers and system improvements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of managerial accounting experience, CPA certification, and a track record in wealth/asset management or related industries.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of managerial accounting experience in corporate or PE-backed environments.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar qualification.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Insurance, Real Estate Investment.

Aufgaben

• Lead accounting across the firm, managing a 9-person accounting team.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting with GAAP compliance.
• Oversee M&A diligence and integration from accounting perspective.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Implement and oversee financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Ensure proper accounting for broker-dealer activities.
