Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or financial controlling.
• Ability to challenge financial information with professional skepticism.
• Experience with management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow.
• Experience across multiple legal entities or international operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze management reporting across multiple entities and projects.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting processes and support financial planning for new projects and business initiatives.
• Coordinate payment processes, including payment planning, approvals, execution, and payroll validation.
• Monitor financial transactions and processes, ensure compliance with internal policies and approval procedures, and identify potential control gaps and financial risks.
• Maintain and continuously improve financial controls across key finance processes.
