Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Financial Consultant to blend planning expertise with holistic financial guidance including investing, retirement readiness, and education goals—serving as a trusted partner for clients’ financial decisions.

You’ll start with a book of Schwab clients and expand relationships, completing Wealth Management University’s four-week virtual program, an immersive bootcamp, and ongoing mentorship within your branch.

Qualifications

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job.
• CFP® Certification is a plus. Tuition reimbursement and CFP Cohort Program may support your development.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Provide holistic guidance across investing, retirement, education planning, and risk management to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and personalized service.
