You will evaluate utilization metrics, assist with funding recommendations, and contribute to client presentations. Strong Excel and Office skills are essential in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability from industry experience.

• Strong knowledge of and relationship with vendors.
• Excel: advanced level skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of monthly financial reports.
• Develop reporting requirements and any customizations in those reports.
• Support Benefit Consultants in preparing requests for meetings including coverages & contracts.
• Participate in prospective client finalist presentations to represent the Brown & Brown financial strategy.
• Perform demographic analysis, claims reviews, and other projects on prospective clients.
• Performing miscellaneous duties and projects, including presentations at client functions and meetings.
• Able to perform all Senior Analyst Tasks.
