Oversee the strategy, operations, and financial performance of two or more Financial Centers, driving sustainable growth and profitability through ethical sales practices, disciplined execution, and a relentless focus on deepening client relationships and maximizing market opportunity. Personally manage a portfolio of high-value priority clients across multiple Financial Centers within a defined region, delivering a tailored, relationship-driven banking experience that deepens loyalty and drives revenue growth. Manage Financial Center P&L performance with discipline and accountability; monitor financial metrics, identify cost optimization opportunities, and drive profitability improvements. Oversee day-to-day operations including equipment, automation, workflow design, and transaction integrity to ensure efficient, accurate execution. Serve as a strategic liaison between Financial Centers and internal business partners, streamlining client and employee onboarding, accelerating cross-functional collaboration, and continuously enhancing operational efficiency across all locations. Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent, maintaining optimal staffing levels and building teams with the capability and character to deliver exceptional results. Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture where team members feel engaged, supported, and empowered. Create an environment that celebrates excellence, fosters accountability, and inspires each individual to deliver outstanding client service and achieve performance goals. Provide ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and timely conflict resolution to drive individual and team excellence. Ensure consistent adherence to all bank policies, procedures, applicable laws, and ethical standards across every Financial Center. Maintain full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies while upholding rigorous security protocols that safeguard employees, clients, and bank assets. Cultivate a culture where compliance is a shared standard, not an afterthought. Maintain a well-trained, high-functioning team capable of executing universal banker functions with precision and professionalism. Conduct regular, targeted training that reinforces compliance standards, sales practices, customer service excellence, and evolving regulatory requirements. Model and inspire exceptional client service across all Financial Centers—personally identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring every interaction reflects the bank's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. This role requires 50%+ travel with a minimum of three Financial Center visits per week, maintaining an active, visible, and hands‑on leadership presence across all locations.
