Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Financial/Business Reporting Analyst for a hybrid, 3+ month contract to hire with a regional financial institution in Dallas, TX or Columbus, OH. Compensation ranges from $55.00 to $57.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.

The role sits in the Business Management Office under the CIO and focuses on improving and automating reporting processes, leading analytics efforts, and coordinating with technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely reports.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial analysis experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into key messages and drive strategy.
• Leadership and coaching of team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Preferably local to Columbus, OH or Dallas, TX.

• Lead and manage business analysis for Technology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create/modify reports and enhancements for alignment and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and best practices with executive presence.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate meetings and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support BMO team leads and mentor junior members.
• Apply best practices for data aggregation and report development; troubleshoot anomalies.
• Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations.
