Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analytics Professional to lead data analysis and CMS reporting for Individual Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits. The role focuses on data logic across multiple vendors, supporting regulatory reporting, actuarial pricing and forecasting.

You will drive data quality, automate reporting and improve processes, with latitude to set objectives and approaches in a remote work environment. A strong actuarial or financial background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of technical experience with databases, reporting tools or dashboards.
• Ability to compile, model, interpret and analyze data to explain variances and trends.
• Explain variances and enhance modeling techniques for complex data scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis, validation and CMS reporting for Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits.
• Own supplemental benefit data logic across vendors and systems for regulatory, actuarial pricing and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting, dashboards and data quality improvements to reduce operational risk.
