Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analytics Professional to lead data analysis, validation, and CMS reporting for Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits. You will own data logic across vendors and support regulatory reporting, actuarial pricing, and financial forecasting.

You will drive process improvements, automation, and scalable dashboards to enhance data quality and decision making across business partners. Remote work is available with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of technical experience with data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify variances and trends.
• Ability to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques.
• Experience with complex data scenarios and multi-vendor data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis, validation, and CMS reporting for Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits.
• Own supplemental benefit data logic across multiple vendors and systems.
• Support end-to-end data management for regulatory reporting, pricing, and forecasting.
• Produce monthly Actual-to-Expected (A2E) reporting for performance management and trend analysis.
• Lead process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
