Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role with formal training in financial accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to synthesize data and make informed calls.
• Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable working cross-functionally beyond accounting/finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and weekly updates; analyze financial and operational results.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, inventory analysis, and cost reviews.
• Support SOX compliance through self-assessments and internal controls testing.
• Review and report monthly manufacturing variances and plant expenses affecting job costing.
