You'll collaborate with Finance, HR, and business leaders to deliver financial insights and support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. This hybrid role requires in-office attendance for a minimum of three days per week. Competitive salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, plus company-sponsored benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, operational finance, or accounting.
• Familiarity with media, streaming, or direct-to-consumer businesses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning and labor cost forecasting across the TV Networks.
• Consolidate and analyze financials, providing actionable insights.
• Enhance models, dashboards, and reporting tools for decision-making.
• Own the monthly close process for Compensation & Benefits.
• Prepare reporting and analysis on headcount and workforce trends.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
