We are looking for a chocolate-loving Senior Financial Analyst to support our Hu brand within the Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in developing reports that enhance organizational visibility. This role primarily supports the supply chain segment of our business.

You will perform detailed financial analysis, manage transactions, and structure data. Responsibilities include data collection, maintaining information integrity, monitoring reconciliations, and conducting basic checks and controls.

How You Will Contribute

• Execute finance planning, performance management, and related financial decisions such as contract planning, forecasting, target setting, performance reporting, financial modeling, and decision support for Hu Products & Enjoy Life Foods.
• Collect data and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities include managing financial risks and opportunities, consolidating financial results, and supporting operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate closing processes, consolidating results, supporting cost analysis, developing forecasts, and providing insights into financial performance. The role also involves supporting inventory management, productivity initiatives, fixed asset management, and developing performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities.

Profile

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience with variance analysis, logistics, P&L, and cost analysis.
• Strong communication skills and technical system proficiency.
• Financial and operational acumen with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (SAP preferred), and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of finance experience.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,650, with eligibility for a competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
