Our Hu brand within Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a passion for chocolate to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in developing reports that enhance organizational visibility. This role primarily supports the Supply Chain segment of our business.

The responsibilities include performing detailed finance work, managing transactions, structuring data, maintaining data integrity, monitoring reconciliations, and conducting basic checks and controls.

  1. Execute finance planning and performance management processes, including contract planning/forecasting, target setting, financial reporting/analysis, modeling, and decision support for Hu Products & Enjoy Life Foods.
  2. Conduct data collection and ensure data integrity.
  3. Maintain a strong controls and compliance environment, adhering to policies.
  4. Perform ad hoc analyses and support various projects.
  5. Drive process improvements and promote continuous improvement mindset.
  6. Contribute to a high-performing finance team and invest in personal and team development.

The Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain - Hu & Enjoy Life will collaborate cross-functionally, influence business processes, and support planning, reporting, and performance management. Responsibilities include consolidating financial results, managing risks and opportunities, and supporting operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating closing, planning, and forecasting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Consolidating financial results and providing insightful commentary.
  • Supporting cost calculations and analysis.
  • Developing forecast calendars and preparing financial reports.
  • Leading month-end close processes.
  • Supporting financial projects and ad hoc analyses.
  • Assisting in inventory and obsolescence management.
  • Partnering with operations on productivity and asset management.
  • Developing performance indicators and risk assessments.
  • Presenting analyses and financial models to leadership.

Profile:

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with variance analysis, logistics, and P&L management.
  • Strong communication and technical skills with various systems.
  • Financial, operational, and business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of finance experience.
  • Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Adaptability and strong communication skills.

The salary range is $73,900 to $101,650, plus eligibility for a bonus and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and more. No relocation support is provided.
