The Senior Financial Analyst of Supply Chain supports financial analysis and forecasting within the supply chain organization. This visible role involves business partnering with the supply chain team and enhancing analytical processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and logistics drivers.
• Communicate actionable insights and analytics to meet objectives.
• Support inventory control, lifecycle management, and internal audits.
• Assist contract manufacturing with inventory management and cost analysis.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing, physical inventory, and audits.
• Provide forward-looking financial commentary and analysis.
• Challenge business decisions with recommendations.
• Implement process and control improvements.
• Lead or participate in finance-wide projects to improve systems and controls.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3-5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in supply chain or plant controllership within a top CPG organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP & Tableau is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $78,750 - $110,250 annually. Benefits include comprehensive health and financial wellness programs, paid time off, and potential annual bonuses based on performance.
