Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst of Supply Chain is responsible for supporting financial analysis and forecasting within the supply chain organization. This role involves business partnering with the supply chain team and driving process and analytical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and logistics drivers.
• Communicate actionable insights and analytics to support business decisions.
• Support inventory control, including lifecycle management, audits, and margin analysis.
• Assist contract manufacturing teams with inventory management and cost analysis.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes, including audits and inventory counts.
• Provide forward-looking financial commentary and analysis.
• Challenge business decisions constructively and suggest alternatives.
• Implement process and control improvements within the supply chain finance functions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional finance projects to enhance operational controls.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3-5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in supply chain or plant controllership within a top CPG organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with SAP and Tableau is highly preferred.
