Job summary

Access is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Peabody, MA to support Corporate FP&A with advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for board, sponsor, and lender needs.

You will translate complex numbers into decision-ready materials for senior leadership, drive KPI analyses, and partner across Accounting, Treasury, and business units with a bias for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on financial modeling with three-statement models and long-range forecasts.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and improve accuracy of existing models.
• Experience creating board-level presentations and slide decks.
• Expert-level Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models including long-range and annual budgets.
• Develop scenario/sensitivity and return analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Produce driver-based KPI analysis and monitor business performance.
• Improve modeling templates and methodology across Corporate FP&A.
• Prepare board, sponsor, and lender materials and presentations.
