Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A/budgeting/forecasting experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (INDEX MATCH; Pivot Tables; SUMIF; lookups).
• Experience with Enterprise Planning tools (Oracle EPM).
• Ability to manage complex financial data.
• Strong project management, time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a drive for process improvements.
• Proven financial modeling and data analytics expertise.
• Service orientation with stakeholders in mind.
• Familiarity with accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting & Finance, Legal, Human Capital and other leaders to build annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Maintain and enhance financial models within the enterprise planning tool, ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze headcount, vendor spend, and departmental cost trends with monthly variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly P&L reviews, dashboards, and executive summaries for Shared Services.
• Serve as the primary financial contact translating data into operational insight.
• Support ad hoc analyses including cost-benefit, scenario planning, and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and forecasting processes; reduce cycle time.
• Champion AI-powered tools for reporting and data reconciliation within FP&A.
• Collaborate with Financial Systems to optimize planning tool configuration.
