Job summary

Lincare in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to support regions and business units with financial planning, forecasting, reporting and advanced analysis.

You will serve as the finance business partner to regional leadership, lead monthly forecasts, support annual budgeting, and develop models, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive operational and strategic decisions in a medical supply and DME environment.

Qualifications

• Supports regional financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and advanced analysis.
• Leads monthly forecasting and assists with annual budgeting and recommendations to FP&A leadership.
• Partners with Regional VPs, Area VPs, and Operations Leadership to drive financial performance in a medical supply/DME environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns financial support for assigned regions, functions, or business units.
• Leads forecasting processes and prepares consolidated forecast recommendations for FP&A leadership.
• Performs variance analysis and communicates key drivers affecting performance.
• Builds and maintains advanced financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting solutions.
• Presents financial results and recommendations to leadership teams.
