The Senior Financial Analyst will drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis, partnering with Product Management, Supply Chain, R&D, and Operations to improve margins and support strategic initiatives.

The role supports month-end close, models scenarios, and delivers management reporting packages with insights for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of financial analysis or relevant business experience.
• Excel super user (pivot tables, V/X-Lookups, macros) and MS Office proficiency.
• CFA and/or CPA designation a plus; IT financial systems experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own sales, margin, and profitability reporting, providing analysis of product, customer, and segment performance trends.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to Product Management, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, and Operations, providing insights around pricing, product strategy, sourcing decisions, and project ROI for NPI investments.
• Conducts more complex financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning related to capital projects, system upgrades, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensures accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data, models, and reporting outputs while promoting best practices, documentation standards, and continuous improvement within the financial analysis function.
• Interprets financial, operational, and market data to identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating complex findings into clear insights for leadership and business partners.
• Confers with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations, engineering, sales, and senior leadership, to align financial analysis with business objectives, customer commitments, and enterprise priorities.
• Coaches and directs individuals to appropriate financial tools, methodologies, and analytical approaches, serving as a technical and professional resource for less-experienced analysts.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making and operational priorities.
• Support month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, review of accruals, revenue/cost recognition analysis, margin validation, and reconciliation of key financial accounts.
