Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Specialized Degree: Accounting, Business or Finance
• Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
• Field of Expertise: Accounting
• Preferred Education Level: Master’s degree
• Certificates: CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Years of Experience: 8-11 Years
• Field of Expertise: Accounting, Manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses and oversees financial accounting operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and financial policies.
• Acts as a senior resource for the accounting team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior accountants, troubleshooting complex accounting issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices in financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate and timely general ledger account reconciliations in accordance with company policies and reconciliation standards.
• Implements processes to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency, driving improvements in financial systems, procedures, and technology.
• Manages accounting activities involving foreign currency transactions, including revaluations and analysis to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to influence business strategy, ensuring alignment between financial operations and broader organizational objectives.
